J&M Mortgage Group was founded by two friends with a shared vision: to simplify the mortgage process and deliver a more personalized, client-focused experience.

Based in Eastern Ontario and licensed with Mortgage Alliance, we provide access to a wide network of lenders — including major banks, credit unions, and alternative financing options. Unlike traditional bank mortgage specialists, we are not limited to a single institution’s products. Her experience working with a real estate team has given her valuable market insight, allowing her to guide clients through the home financing process with confidence. Based in Eastern Ontario, Jade is dedicated to providing personalized mortgage solutions that align with each client’s financial goals. She believes in clear communication, transparency, and empowering clients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. Bilingual in English and French, she ensures every client receives exceptional service in the language they’re most comfortable with.

Her personal experience in real estate investing and home construction/renovation projects gives her a well-rounded perspective on mortgage financing. Based in Eastern Ontario, she takes a client-first approach, ensuring every mortgage solution is tailored to the unique needs of each borrower. Mélina is patient, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence. As a bilingual professional, she provides seamless service in both English and French.
